Descriptions for each data table:
DiurnalHours_PPDB_0to4_normalize_top Lists for the DIURNAL and PPDB mashup data table. For each experiment, the top 1000 genes ranked by absolute expression level, for circadian phase range 0 to 4 hr.
DiurnalHours_PPDB_4to8_normalize_top Lists for the DIURNAL and PPDB mashup data table. For each experiment, the top 1000 genes ranked by absolute expression level, for circadian phase range 4 to 8 hr.
DiurnalHours_PPDB_8to12_normalize_top Lists for the DIURNAL and PPDB mashup data table. For each experiment, the top 1000 genes ranked by absolute expression level, for circadian phase range 8 to 12 hr.
DiurnalHours_PPDB_12to16_normalize_top Lists for the DIURNAL and PPDB mashup data table. For each experiment, the top 1000 genes ranked by absolute expression level, for circadian phase range 12 to 16 hr.
