AtGenExpress_PPDB_normalize_top	Lists for the AtGenExpress and PPDB (Plant Promoter Database) mashup data table. For each experiment, the top 1000 genes ranked by normalized expression level.
AtGenExpress_PPDB_normalize_bottom	Lists for the AtGenExpress and PPDB (Plant Promoter Database) mashup data table. For each experiment, the bottom 1000 genes ranked by normalized expression level.
