Descriptions for each data table:

AtGenExpress_ATTED_top	Lists for the AtGenExpress and ATTED-II mashup data table. For each experiment, the top 1000 genes ranked by absolute expression level.
AtGenExpress_ATTED_bottom	Lists for the AtGenExpress and ATTED-II mashup data table. For each experiment, the bottom 1000 genes ranked by absolute expression level.
AtGenExpress_ATTED_all	Lists for the AtGenExpress and ATTED-II mashup data table. For each experiment, the all genes ranked by absolute expression level.
